Service - what service?
I was appalled by the lack of care offered by the 'customer service' team. I raised a number of concerns and issues including:1. 'What is a SKU?' - no mention of it on the website. 2. 'Why don't they address a customer by their name in responding to a complaint?3. 'Why was my parcel left feet from the pavement without a knock at the door?'4. 'Why do they act counter to their own privacy policy (paras 6.1 and 91.1)' when I wanted my details removed form their database. Their response was "we are...
